The terms and conditions upon receiving my services, or attaining a refund are as follows:
You the client shall only receive a full refund when my services have not been used in person, and in direct contact with your dog.
Meet and Greets are set up to establish initial trust and safety concerns, and are not subject to refund.
If my dog training services are utilized by you, the client--and we've had a Meet and Greet--whereby I am required to attend a training session for any length of time, and may leave or be dismissed by you, The Client, then that session will count as a full training session, and will not be subject to a refund. I acknowledge that we live in a state which claims "At-Will Employment" and therefore, I am able to leave a training session (using my discretion of concern for safety, having other priorities, or some other matter) or be dismissed from the training session, at will, and so I will not give any refunds during such instances.
A refund may only be given in the instance that I, The Trainer, am unable to meet my requirements as a business owner. This means that should I arrive late to a Meet and Greet or Training session, then a refund of half the payment shall be given to you, The Client. If I am unable to arrive to the Meet and Greet or Training Session for any reason whatsoever, then a full refund shall be issued immediately upon request, after which it is up to the banks to determine how long it will take for the refund to be sent back.
